Microsoft word 2016 undo button disabled free
If so, I believe I have the most up to date software? Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Please help. I have a Windows OS and it's operating on Windows 7. I'm not sure what else to do. I can't recall when the "undo" button stopped working, but it has been at least a month and a half now, and I cannot work without this feature. I do have Grammarly and acrobat add-ins, but again I disabled those. Is this issue specifict to Office users?
Any suggestions would help! This thread is locked. No dumb questions, remember. It will turn blue for a scant second before graying out again. When it is blue, if I click it, it doesn't work. I use Office on the annual subscription. I uninstalled and reinstalled yesterday, but will do so today, using the Fix It option.
Fingers crossed it works, because I'm really getting tired of losing hours of work when Word freezes without recovering. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Save, Redo, and Speak still function properly. Since Windows 10 upgrade, any program I open uses so much memory and CPU, typing and deleting are jerky and slow, so I use undo a lot. What the heck??? But the real problem I have, for which I tried to go around, is that I want to forward to a friend some of my Word documents originally created in WordPerfect8. I was able to send 2 of them without problem, but not sure whether or not it was because of the PDF I found and activated in my computer I right click on the file, then on "Send To" and on "Mail Recipient", but when I want to make sure it works and try to open it in the email, I get the message: "The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open.
Click OK then close the dialog box to continue. Do you think there's a solution to this particular problem? Hope to get more help from you, for which thanks so much!
